Product Description

The art of Chelsea clockmaking is most brilliantly expressed in the Ship's Bell Clock... a rare expression of individuality in an impersonal age. Crafted of forged brass and mahagany, the clock's dial is etched and silvered using a century old process. The Ship's Bell movement, handcrafted by Chelsea clockmakers, is the finest precision clock movement in the world. Three hundred components are carefully machined to precision tolerances and hand finished or gold plated to ensure dependability for generations. From the beginning of hand assembly to final testing requires three weeks of an expert clockmaker's time. During this period a Ship's Bell clock is carefully regulated and extensively tested by individual clockmakers whose pride in craftsmanship sets the world standard for clockmaking.

Shown on optional traditional mantel base.

Please allow up to four weeks for delivery. Available with optional mantel display bases and matching barometer.
