This page explains how to get around our store, and how to order items
from it.
STORE HOME PAGE
If you are on the home page, you will see a banner at the top, followed by a
welcome message and links to the other pages.
Most pages in our store will have a button bar down the side, and at the bottom of the page.
You can always get back to the home page by clicking on our name at the
top of the page.
HOW TO FIND SOMETHING
From each page of the store, there are two ways to find what you want:
Each page has direct links to different categories of merchandise, and
sometimes to individual items.
Product items are searchable. Click on the Search button,
then enter the word or words you are looking for.
HOW TO BUY
To place your order online, follow the directions on the ordering screen.
Buying is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download
software to shop here. And when you place an order, you can feel confident that your
credit card information is protected by our secure server.
For every in-stock item, there will be a button.
This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your
shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your
shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue
shopping.
You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you're
finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by
clicking on the Show Order button.

If you click on the Order button and get no response, it is probably because you can't
connect securely to our server.
As a test, try going to https://www.microsoft.com.
If you can't connect securely to
Microsoft either, then:
You have a very, very old browser, in which case you should upgrade.
Or you are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections. Ask
your network administrator to fix it, or order from home.
GUARANTEES, SHIPPING AND TAXES
Guarantees, tax, shipping policies, and other information is described in the Info page. You can usually
reach the Info page from any page in the store by clicking on the Info button in the
button bar.
