SALES and RETURN POLICY:
SPECIAL NOTE ON GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:Be sure to inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives! If the product has been damaged during shipment, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY. A replacement product will be sent to you after you notify us.
Our Sales Policy may be stated very briefly, it is to do everything possible to assure Customer satisfaction.We hope that you are satisfied and delighted with everything you purchase from us, however if this is not the
case we will authorize returns for refund or exchange within 30 days following receipt of the item by you
(except for personalized items).
All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Orders over $40 are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned for
credit. Orders over $1000 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipments refused without authorization from us are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a free shipping offer is used, the original shipping charge will be deducted from the return.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must
be made in
original condition and in the item's
original packaging, double boxed, and appropriately insured. Items that have been assembled, painted or altered in any way from the original condition cannot be accepted as a return. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged, or altered in any manner, we will also refuse to accept this as a valid return.
So that we can supervise proper
handling of exchanges or credits, we must be aware of the return before it is sent back. Returned items must
be received by us within 2 weeks of our Return Merchandise Authorization. For your protection, please use a "traceable" and insured shipping method like UPS ground.
IMPORTANT: Please E-mail us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #).
Please clearly mark your RMA #
on the outside of your package.
Packages received without the RMA # clearly marked may
be refused or returned.

In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether the damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Replacement parts are
available direct from the manufacturer.
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective.
Used, defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. If you need help in contacting the

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:At the present time, our inventory system is not completely automated.
It is possible that a product you order on-line may be on back order.
If we or our suppliers are out of stock of an item and
do not expect to ship within 12 business days, we will
notify you. You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping, or inquire about your order
status by sending an
E-mail.
To keep prices as low as possible, about 10 percent of our products are shipped to you directly from the
manufacturer. Delivery for these items could take up to six weeks. You may inquire about
product availability or delivery time by sending an
E-mail.
HOW TO ORDER:To place your order online, follow the directions on the ordering screen.
Buying is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download
software to shop here. And when you place an order, you can feel confident that your
credit card information is protected by our secure server.
For every in-stock item, there will be a button.
This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your
shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your

Delivery outside the Continental U.S. is available for an additional fee. Small items

We reserve the right to have you fax us photocopies of both the credit card and a Driver's

All orders must include both a daytime telephone number and a shipping address that is
attended during the day.
Except for documented credit card fraud, the purchaser is
responsible for chargeback fees, and any collection, extra costs,
or legal expenses resulting from non payment.
SECURITY:
All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL
encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across
the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
To determine whether you are on a secure page in Netscape 3.0, look
to see if the gold key in the lower left corner of the browser is connected
and the blue background is highlighted. In Netscape 4.0 and Internet
Explorer, you will see a padlock icon in the lower left and right corner
respectively. If it is locked you are on a secure page.
For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on

secure server software, and in our opinion, technically the best product. It
