This plastic model of the
R.M.S. Titanic is 1/570 scale = 18.5 inches long. This model features
finely engraved hull plates and deck detailing with planking and chains, detailed deckhouses and skylights,
simulated portholes, 18 lifeboats, detailed rudder, cranes and ventilators, authentic flags, three propellers,
decal markings, and display stand. With over 50 pieces, Revell Monogram ranks this model kit as "skill level
2 - more challenging - for intermediate modelers ages 10 to adult". The model kit requires plastic model
cement. The following colors of paint recommended: flat black, flat red, gold, flat brown, and flat light gray
(paint and cement not included).
