The globe has the look of being hand-painted with soft water-colors on aged parchment. The
map features hundreds of place names appearing handwritten in Italian. A beautiful
"Ecliptic Circle", accented with the signs of the zodiac, encircles the globe to trace the path of
the sun through each season. A rich walnut-stained hardwood base, and a full numbered antique
