This chime is tuned to the final chord from the 2nd movement of Concerto #3 (Autumn) of Antonio Vivaldi's The Four Seasons. This series of concertos written for violin, strings and basso continuo was first published in 1725. This popular piece has been used in many movies and is a popular wedding processional. One of Vivaldi's best known works, The Four Seasons is one of the most well known examples of music from the Baroque period.
