This charming dollhouse is an authentic replica of a home that was
sold by mail order catalog at the turn of the century, which was
then built in the little hamlet of Westville, New York.
Designed in the style of "Carpenter Gothic," this miniature version
has 2 bay windows, 2 balconies, and long pointed gables with
elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies, and roof.
4 large rooms, a spacious "L" shaped attic, and a little closet
under the staircase.
The pre-cut plywood with tab and slot assembly, which means no
nails or screws are required.
Silkscreen printed windows.
Shingles and clapboard siding.
Made in the USA.
