Now, Artesania Latina gives us a fascinating new look at
the
H.M.S. Bounty! The wood model is fully planked on one side,
showing the traditional view of the vessel. The other side
leaves the planking off and the ribs exposed, so you can
view everything below the main deck. The method of
construction is clearly visible, as are the lower decks and the
hold. Fittings and accessories are complete with wood
buckets and barrels, blocks and deadeyes, brass chain,
jackstay eyebolts, belaying pins, brass chain, backing links
and rings, burnished metal ornamentation, blackened metal
galley stove, four brass cannon and 12 bronzed metal swivel
guns. Pictorial instructions and
one-to-one plans facilitate assembly. Stand not included.
A full complement of sail is pre-sewn and ready for mounting. Four
diameters of rigging and silk screened flag are also included.
