He took 226 days, sailing 29,600 miles. His sailboat, the 53 foot
Gipsy Moth IV, is maintained and dry-docked at the National
Maritime Museum at Greenwich, England.
This fully rigged, two masted replica wood ship model is
handcrafted of red cedar and skillfully hand painted.
